Manager Assist

Having conversations with employees during difficult times can be challenging, especially if there’s emotional or wellbeing concerns.

The Manager Assist Hotline provided by D’Accord is designed to assist managers, supervisors, team leaders and other senior personnel that are dealing with difficult employee or management issues.

Immediate telephone assistance can be provided.

Managers may request assistance for a range of issues including:
