Gino Carrafa
Senior Psychologist and Managing Director of D’Accord
Gino Carrafa is formally trained as an Occupational, Counselling, and Trauma Psychologist. Over the past 25 years of his career, Gino has worked in injury management and rehabilitation, clinical psychology, organisational and corporate consulting, training and development, and private practice. He is also successfully published in international and national journals including the Medical Journal of Australia, Ageing in Society and the Occupational Therapy Journal of Australia. Gino has further developed models on resilience and preparedness and recovery which have also been published; and in more recent times is the appointed state duty psychologist for Ambulance Victoria and the State Peer Support Co-¬ordinator for ESTA 000. In addition to these successful career milestones and senior appointments, he has also developed models on stress management and anxiety preparedness, which have been adopted by government departments such as DSE. He has published extensively in the areas of resilience and Psychological well-¬being.
Joanne Burrows

Joanne has been in customer service for 11 years, which has equipped her with a sense of professionalism that leaves every client feeling reassured and well looked after. Complementing her professionalism is her bright and bubbly personality, which sees Joanne going above and beyond to ensure D’Accord OAS are providing the best possible customer service to their clients. Joanne is continually looking to expand D’Accord OAS and works closely with clients to develop tailored EAP and training programs.
Joanne is an accredited mental health first aider.

Voula has over 25 years of experience in client focused roles, which she puts to work alongside her outgoing personality. Voula works hard to maintain a happy balance between professionalism and friendliness, which translates to an overall great customer experience.
