Gino Carrafa is formally trained as an Occupational, Counselling, and Trauma Psychologist. Over the past 25 years of his career, Gino has worked in injury management and rehabilitation, clinical psychology, organisational and corporate consulting, training and development, and private practice. He is also successfully published in international and national journals including the Medical Journal of Australia, Ageing in Society and the Occupational Therapy Journal of Australia. Gino has further developed models on resilience and preparedness and recovery which have also been published; and in more recent times is the appointed state duty psychologist for Ambulance Victoria and the State Peer Support Co-¬ordinator for ESTA 000. In addition to these successful career milestones and senior appointments, he has also developed models on stress management and anxiety preparedness, which have been adopted by government departments such as DSE. He has published extensively in the areas of resilience and Psychological wellbeing.
