D’Accord OAS has developed a reputation for providing timely and cost effective EAP and trauma counselling services, relevant to needs at the individual, team and organisational levels. Our personnel are university qualified psychologists and counsellors with many years of experience in counselling a wide variety of workplace needs, including; cultural, leadership, bullying, staff/team counselling, critical incident/trauma counselling, couple and family counselling, sexual assault/harassment, mental health, training program development and delivery and organisational consulting services. Services are provided in person, via phone, or via online video. D’Accord is committed to ensure that all aspects of our services are current, ethical and professional; our counsellors are cognisant of the wide-ranging cultural and humanistic needs of today’s workplace and their own need for ongoing education in this regard.
