Critical Incident & Trauma Response

D’Accord can provide critical incident response nationwide. However if it is a rural location there may be some travel involved. 

Onsite trauma management services will be provided to staff within 2 hours of the initial phone request in metropolitan areas and within 24-48 hours in regional or remote areas. The service is available 24/7 365 days. The requesting manager will be keep informed of the process.

All services delivered in relation to critical incident support will be provided by a D’Accord OAS approved clinician who is registered to provide services. and have a minimum 5 years experienced in trauma and crisis management services. 

After hours, one of our expert consultants will respond immediately to your staff members requiring trauma services.
