Gino Carrafa

Operations Manager

Gino Carrafa is a formally trained Occupational, Counselling, and Trauma Psychologist. With over 25 years of experience, he has actively worked across injury management and rehabilitation, clinical psychology, organisational consulting, training and development, and private practice. Throughout his career, Gino has contributed to both national and international publications, including the Medical Journal of Australia, Ageing in Society, and the Occupational Therapy Journal of Australia.

He has also developed influential models on resilience, preparedness, and recovery, which have been widely published and adopted. More recently, Gino has taken on key roles such as State Duty Psychologist for Ambulance Victoria and State Peer Support Coordinator for ESTA 000. In addition, he created practical frameworks for stress management and anxiety preparedness that have been implemented by government departments, including the Department of Sustainability and Environment (DSE). Gino continues to publish extensively in the areas of resilience and psychological wellbeing, solidifying his reputation as a leader in the field.
